Until this weekend, I hadn't read any of the IAD series but kept reading everyone's comments here about it. I definitely am enjoying the series. Though the stories are somewhat predictable, there is enough action and romance to make the story an enjoyable read. I like Myst's story in the first book, but it was so short, that I enjoyed this one a bit more. I was glad to see Emma grow as the story progressed and become a stronger person through her relationship with Lachlain. I am looking forward to reading the other books soon. Marceline
